CIARRA MCDONALD

Ciarra began training in Muay Thai in 2013 at age nine, building a foundation of elite competitive amateur experience from an early age. Her approach to Muay Thai as an amateur fighter to her current professional fighting career has always been defined by competition, dedication, and a constant desire to improve.

Over the course of her amateur career, she earned 12 national titles across the majority of the major sanctioning bodies in the United States:

WBC Amateur National Championship

5x Warriors Cup Championship

3x WKA Championship

2x USMTO Championship

Grand Nationals Championship

Currently undefeated as a professional fighter, Ciarra is ranked #3 in the United States by the WBC. Ciarra applies a disciplined, technical approach to striking instruction. Her coaching is directly informed by her ongoing degree in Exercise Science and Human Performance, integrating biomechanics, conditioning, and recovery principles into skill acquisition and fighter development.

Outside of competing, Ciarra enjoys teaching and helping others improve. She hopes to share the knowledge and experience she has gained over her 13 years in the art to help students build their skills, confidence, and understanding of Muay Thai. She looks forward to continuing to grow as both a fighter and a coach while helping others reach their own goals.
