Transition to Coaching
As her competitive career began to wind down due to injuries, Gianna turned her focus toward coaching. She draws from her deep well of ring experience to break down complex techniques for both beginners and advanced students. Having started Muay Thai later than many of her peers, she possesses a unique understanding of the beginner's learning curve while maintaining the technical nuances required to compete on the world stage.
Always seeking new challenges, Gianna began her Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu journey in 2018; she is currently a Blue Belt with multiple tournament victories. She is also a StrongFirst Barbell Certified Instructor, bringing a comprehensive understanding of strength and conditioning to her students.
